When you contact us or prepare a call-out request, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, property address, preferred attendance times, details of the work and photographs of the issue, access or working area.

The booking form prepares your request on your device and opens WhatsApp. The website does not upload or retain the selected photographs. They are shared with us only if you choose to attach and send them in WhatsApp.

How we use your information

We use the information to respond to enquiries, arrange and manage visits, assess work, provide quotations, take or confirm payment, deliver services, keep service and accounting records, handle complaints and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing our contract with you, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.

Sharing and third-party services

We share information only where needed with appropriately qualified employees, trusted specialist subcontractors, professional advisers, payment or banking providers, insurers and authorities where required by law. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and information you send through it is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain appropriate business records. Records connected with completed work, payments, warranties, insurance, disputes or legal duties may be retained for longer where required.
